Here's our list of recommended places to sleep and eat. If you want to stay in Fair Play, please keep in mind that nearby Zachary Jacques Restaurant and Gold Vine Grill are open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday. Gold Vine Grill is also open for lunch Friday through Sunday. If you're staying in Plymouth, Taste is open for dinner Thursday through Monday. In and around Placerville, we think you'll enjoy Sequoia and Café Mahjaic (in Lotus, north of town). In Amador City, the Imperial Hotel. And if you want some excellent food to go, please visit Jennifer and Christian Masse's ALLEZ in the nearby town of El Dorado (10 minutes west of Placerville). Plus, all six of these establishments have our wines on their wine lists.
Please keep in mind that Placerville is north of us, 25 minutes
away; and Sutter Creek is south of us, 40 minutes away.
