Our estate-grown Viognier reflects the unique granitic soils of our high-elevation estate vineyard. Vibrant aromas of white peach, honeysuckle, and Meyer lemon lead to stone fruit, balancing acidity and our signature minerality. Fermented and aged in a mix of stainless steel and French oak, this Viognier showcases a supple mouthfeel and a lively freshness. I love this with spicy seafood, or shellfish, and especially bombastic cheeses. Farmed organic, bottled without filtration.
